  • Streaking, inoculation, and incubation methods
  • Total Viable Count (TVC), Total Plate Count, and colony enumeration methods

Microbial Limit Testing

  • Introduction to Microbial Limit Tests (MLT) for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products
  • Detection of specified and objectionable microorganisms

Laboratory Quality Systems

  • Introduction to ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories
  • Quality control procedures, traceability, documentation standards, and audit preparedness

Instruments & Equipment Exposure

  • Hands-on exposure to Laminar Air Flow Cabinet, Autoclave, and Incubators
  • Colony counter and microscopy exposure (demonstration)
